Yes. You will need insurance to proceed with renting equipment that is valued more than $5000.00 CAN.

● The insurance policy will require the client/renter insurance cover the full replacement value of the equipment being rented and add IBUKI Rentals Inc. as a loss payee to the policy.

● General Liability for a minimum of $2,000,000.

● Customer who is renting is fully responsible for loss of use. It should be covered on the client's certificate of insurance.

● Insurance certificates must state that equipment coverage includes loss of use or loss of rental fees in case of loss or damage to the equipment.

● IBUKI Rentals Inc. must be listed as a loss payee with respect to rented equipment and as an additional insured under the general liability insurance.

● If a client damages the gear, the client is fully responsible to cover it.

● Some policies do exclude theft from a vehicle, so this is something the client should specify in the Certificate of Insurance and it is the client’s responsibility to insure that.

Nope. After you set up an account and submit an COI. Will save everything in our system and you’ll never need to submit another account opening form again.

Yes. There is an IBUKI Rentals representative monitoring the emails on the weekends. But, there is a $250 weekend fee that gets added on top of the subtotal.

We encourage submitting an inquiry on the weekday as this will help save budget, but if your on a last minute production and need some assistance, we do offer weekend service.

Yes. We offer after hours pick up & drop off lockers. Please make a note when inquiring and will get you set up.
